Many retirees have had serious issues with the change of PSHCP administration from Sun Life to Canada Life. Your Retirees Association is not qualified or authorized to provide assistance with these issues, and it is the responsibility of the Government of Canada and the new PSHCP administration to advise and assist members with the change. Recently, members who had registered their email address with the government were sent an email that provided some guidance about how to re-establish their PSHCP registration with Canada Life and continue to receive the benefits they are paying for.
